02 How long will it take to find buyers/tenants?
Most well-priced rentals in central Dhaka let within three to five weeks; sales usually take two to four months. Your agent will share enquiry numbers every week so you always know where things stand.
03 Do I need to sign any agreements?
Yes — a short listing agreement that sets out the asking price, the commission and how long we'll market the property. There's no lock-in beyond the period you choose.
04 What is the process of selling/renting my property?
Register, book a visit, and our agent inspects and photographs the property. Once you approve the listing it goes live; we screen enquiries, arrange viewings and handle negotiation through to the deed or rental agreement.
05 Are there any charges?
Listing is free. A commission is charged only when the property is sold or let, and it is agreed in writing before anything goes live.
